Theme: “The power and pleasure of being present.”
Learning focus: We miss many of our pleasant moments, perhaps by focusing only on the unpleasant ones, such as crisis or pain. Yet it is possible to have pleasant moments even when you are experiencing a crisis or pain.
Developing deeper understanding and present moment contact with the triangle of awareness: body sensation, thought, and emotion.
