Summary

My Reflections

Mindfulness is being more interested in our present moment experiences of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the body. By first being interested in just what is here/happening, we can then chose an appropriate response.

This helps us to feel better, especially if we are struggling with difficult emotions, fluctuations in our mood or physical pain.
